Following the same success path and to implement our growth plans, Homes 4 Life has recently opted for horizontal integration by opening up a new SBU for property management supervision services under the name Homes 4 Life Real Estate Management Supervision Services. Through this platform, the organization will be able to serve its existing client base and other future clients with augmented services like facility management, cheques collections and deposits, contract renewals, property inspections, snagging, maintaining property services history and prequalifying clients.

Some additional plans of expansions in other parts of GCC are also in talks that would shape up earlier next year. The organization aims to strengthen the brand positioning by penetrating existing markets through variety of offerings, and at the same time focuses in market developments by reaching out more potential investors internationally.
