We have revised the timings of staff by setting up alternate workdays to ensure minimum staff is available in the office at one given point of time. This measure has also allowed us to practice a safe social distance policy in the seating arrangements. We have ensured at least one member of each team is available in the office for the smooth business continuity.
To ensure the safety of our staff and their family members, we have abandoned all our travel plans and international roadshows with immediate effect. We have individually communicated to our clients about the postponed events that were planned in the month of March and April, 2020.
All members of the organization at Homes 4 Life have been communicated to maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene. Sanitizers dispensers have been installed at multiple points within the premises of the office to provide convenience to our staff and visitors where they are being advised to sanitize every hour or as much as possible.
Property Consultants are advised to wear masks during their viewings and meetings, and we are advising all our guests to sit in distant seating arrangements in the meeting rooms.
All company cars have been disinfected with the highest quality disinfectants to ensure there is no exposure to any unfavorable substances for our drivers, staff and clients.
As advised by the medical experts, we are maintaining an adequate warm temperature within the office premises and physical movements from one department to another have been reduced as much as possible.
Our staff members who have been using public transport are provided with the convenience of pick and drop facilities from their home to office and vice versa. This would reduce down the exposure to public transport and public places drastically and will ensure health and safety for our staff and their families.
Henceforth, we would like to confirm you that our business is operational during our conventional office hours, and we are making the best of our efforts to ensure that there are no delays in our services.
